Pastor Personal Retreats
Eligibility
Come for solitude or bring your spouse or the whole family. Open to pastors (along with their spouse and children under 18) currently serving in a church. May be scheduled no earlier than a month in advance. (Subject to availability.)
Please Note: These discounts are available for personal retreats only. Not available when participating as a part of other scheduled events.
Overnight Lodging
Pastors are eligible for two nights per year at a discount in one of these lodging options:
Oakwood Lodge: ($50 a night) Each of our Oakwood Lodge hotel rooms has a private bath with linens and towels provided. Standard rooms have two queen-size beds (sleeps 4). Kitchenette rooms have one queen-sized bed and a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Campground: (50% off) You can also stay in our 22 site RV Campground. Water, electric and sewer hook-ups are available at every site, along with picnic tables and fire rings. There’s a pavilion and a bathhouse conveniently located in the center of the campground loop. Our Tent Village area offers sites to place tents and is adjacent to our pool (available summer only).
Cabin Village: (50% off) Each of our cabins sleeps up to 12 guests (10 twin beds and 2 double beds per cabin). Each cabin includes two bathrooms and two showers for added convenience.
Day Retreats
Need a place to study, pray, or prepare a sermon with no interruptions or distractions? Come for the day to Holly Cottage, Laurel Cottage, Magnolia Center, or the Village Commons. Each has ample room to focus in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. (All buildings have wi-fi internet access.)
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. May be scheduled no earlier than a month in advance. 9am to 5pm. Subject to availability. Up to 5 days per year free. Additional days: $20.
