Williamsburg Christian Retreat Association (WCRA) consists of approximately 120 households which provide a primary base of support and accountability. WCRA is a nonprofit, non-stock Virginia corporation. Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center (WCRC) is the name of the facility where services and programs are provided as directed by WCRA.
WCRA governs WCRC through a Board of Directors consisting of twelve individuals. The WCRA Board of Directors is partially self-appointed and partially elected from WCRA membership and establishes the organizational policy, provides legal and operational oversight, hires the Executive Director, develops vision, establishes goals, approves the budget, and is a body of advocacy. WCRC management and staff carry out the operational duties as set forth by the Board of Directors.

WCRA membership is open to all who claim Christ as their Savior and affirm our mission and faith statement.
