New for 2010: The Cabin Village

as it becomes available. 

Our new cabin village includes five cabins that will each accommodate 12.  Each has two bathrooms and two showers.  The village has a common building with meeting space, dining space and a kitchen.  Book the whole village or book as few as 2 cabins. 
Great for youth groups, family groups, men's retreats and more.

Oakwood Lodge
Maximum capacity 92 guests

  
  

With 24 hotel-style rooms, Oakwood Lodge is ideal for larger groups. Each room has a private bath and linens and towels are provided. To promote the Christian retreat experience, the rooms do not have the distraction of televisions or telephones.

Twenty rooms have a queen bed and a trundle bed that can sleep up to 4 guests. Two rooms have a queen bed and a kitchenette (sink, under-counter refrigerator and microwave). Two rooms are handicapped accessible and have a queen bed and a trundle bed.

Holly Cottage
Maximum capacity 22 guests

   
 

Designed for smaller groups and families, Holly offers a cozy setting that can accommodate up to 22 guests in 6 bedrooms with a private bath in each. Holly also has a spacious meeting area and a full kitchen. One night reservations are not available Friday or Saturday.

Guests staying in Holly Cottage have the option to prepare their own meals or to enjoy WCRC's food service.

Laurel Cottage
Maximum capacity 36 guests

  

Perfect for youth groups, this bunkhouse-style cottage can accommodate up to 36 guests. Laurel has 4 bedrooms (4 bunk beds in each room with the lower bed on one bunk a double bed), 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a spacious meeting area in the center of the cottage. LINENS and TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED in Laurel Cottage.
